Episcopal Young Adult and Campus Ministries has dedicated itself anew to the work of leadership development and vocational discernment through the Episcopal Leadership Institute for Young Adults, featuring a series of short term immersion experiences binding young adults to one another and the broader Episcopal Church in community, and training them for leadership, innovation, and advocacy in the 21st century.
Through ELIYA and other projects including Why Serve, the Young Adult Festival, Episcorific, Broadcast, and numerous partnerships, we work to create a robust and dynamic network of young adult leaders building the future of the church. We also network and resource new initiatives and models for ministry developed in dioceses by providing forums and summits and developing platforms for best practices and new learnings.
