Mentoring is crucial in the lives of young adults. It happens whether or not they or we are conscious of it. This year we hope to raise the profile and the intentionality of mentoring across the Episcopal Church through a mentor/mentee matching program for young adult leaders, mentor training resources for parishes and dioceses, and a campaign highlighting the importance of mentoring in our faith communities.
